Kensington Roof Gardens
Kensington Roof Gardens.
Since its opening as nightclub in 1981, Kensington Roof Gardens was one of London’s best kept secrets. Richard Branson, who sucesfully made the roof top the hub for the most attractive parties during summer periods, took a step away in 2018. Did we loose Kensington Roof Gardens London forever? We might have lost the brand but not the location. In fact, recently in 2021 a letting agreement has been reached. This means that a brand new members club is on its way. This is an exciting new. No info have been released yet but keep an eye on this page as things will get more excting. Since then no more info have been released.
The venue, 100ft above Kensington High Street, offers great views of the stunning themed gardens and across the rooftops of Kensington. The nightclub is on the sixth floor rooftop of what used to be Derry and Tom’s department store. The club is a spacious haven. Lavish interior and a glamorous environment to say the least. This London club however, is famous for its three beautifully themed gardens. Each garden presents flourishing greenery and decadent fountains with windy paths, outdoor heaters. There are also plenty of seating and an outdoor barbecue area. Not to mention its flowing stream with hundreds of fish and resident 4 flamingos Bill, Ben, Splosh and Pecks.
The Saturday crowd there provides eye candy for all! The venue is the target of young professionals and even younger wanabe’s. Celebs such as Sienna Miller and Jade Jaeggar passed through its doors. Though a wealthy and model-esque crowd, the atmosphere a Kensington Roof Gardens London is refreshing and unpretentious. The music is a well-planned mix of crowd pleasing party anthems that does not fail to fill the dance floor. Against a relaxing backdrop Kensington Roof Gardens London provides also the perfect balance of cool and fun!
We hosted at Roof Gardens every Friday and alo on Saturday. We provided guestlist and table booking service. The venue entry policy requires all customers to be on a guestlist and to follow the general dress code rules. Therefore we need all names. Occasionally we have an hosting table. Roof Gardens is also a really flexible venue with different areas. Due to this we organize quite often theme parties.
What we think about Kensington Roof Gardens.
Before its closure in 2018 we had Kensington Roof Gardens on the top of our roof top venues. And this not only for the spring or summer period but all along the year.
We are sure the venue that is expected to open in 2021 is going to blow up our mind. Stay in touch with us to know when the new member club is going to open and to bok early your spot.
