Tabu Club London is the London`s ultimate hot venue opened on Halloween Week in 2021. After over one year of a complete closure for nightlife, this new club is what everybody was expecting to bring some wind of excitement. Tabu London locates on the site of the famous Mahiki which had to close down due to covid-19. The venue is now lead by the team behind Reign Club and also Cirque Le Soir with the aim of offering something new and high-class.
The club`s new concept is based on Asia and gaming. Its aim is in fact to bring you to a unique Asian experience. This realizes with an 8-bit design and also retro gaming theme with interactive LED imagery. The overall theme of Tabu London Club inspires to famous backstreets of most popular of Asian cities such as Hong Kong, Tokyo and also Seoul.
As Mahiki, Tabu London Club is split on two levels. Each of them offers to our guests a different experience. As soon as you enter in the club you will see neon Tabu logos on the staircases ceiling accompanying you as you go down. Fitting perfectly the back street vibe, neon street signs hang from the walls and ceilings. In addition, a very peculiar feature is the bathrooms. Their walls presents black and white Manga cartoons. If this is not enough, there are also newspaper and magazine cuttings on the pillars all around the venue. A club like this would not have missed of stunning dancers. In fact, there are 10 tables on the upstairs area while downstairs there are 19 of them.

The music policy at Tabu London is a mixture of R&B and Hip Hop. You will also hear other commercial music spinned from some of the world’s top DJs.

Tabu Club Guestlist & Tables Booking.
To get into Tabu Club London you need either to be on a guestlist or to book a private table. The venue opens from Wednesday to Saturday The Friday night at Tabu Club is our favourite night. Opening time is 11pm. As for all exclusive nightclubs in London there is no walk-in. Make sure you book your entry with us.
Tabu London Guestlist. To be on the guestlist for Tabu London is very simple, just get in touch with us. You might wonder yourself who can be on the guestlist? The answer is simple, ladies only. The entry fee is standard and it is £20. In fact, to keep the club clientele at high standard, there is a limitation on the number of gents allowed in the venue. However, on rare occasions and only if in a mixed group, gents might be able to be on the guestlist. The alternative way to get in is by booking a private table.
Table Booking. Booking a private table at Tabu London give you some advantages including the VIP queue-free entry and also your private spot inside the club. The cost for a table at Tabu Club works as minimum spend. This is the amount of money you have to spend in terms bottles purchased from the club menu to be entitled of having a table. Tables minimum spend start at £1000 on a normal night. However, in high season, September to November in general, the table price reaches £1500. This changes as the number of people does. The prices mentioned are set for maximum 10 people with a number of gents that does not exceed 50%. If the total number of people and/or the number of gents is higher, the table price will increase. Tabu London Club Entry Policy.
The club entry policy at Tabu London is as strict as any other surrounding Clubs in Mayfair. We have written an article that will clarify any doubts about the London clubs entry rules. However, here there is the essential of what you need to know.
The minimum age is 18 years old. Take this with a pinch of salt. In fact, if the group`s age is 18 but looks very young, the door staff might refuse the entry anyway. Each guest has to carry a valid identification document. The venue accepts: original passport, ID card with photo and also a driving license. The policy states: no ID no entry.
Entry will not be possible for intoxicated or misbehaving individuals. As consequence, try to avoid going for drinks before reaching the club. The door security staff has also the duty of making sure customers are not too loud while you are in the line, not tipsy or drunk.

One you know about the identification and behaviour requirements, the last bit of your preparation for a night at Tabu Club is the dress code. However, if you have a table booked, the rules are a little bit less strict. The best way to be sure of what to wear is to contact us.
Ladies aiming to get into Tabu London must wear heels. High heels are always the best choice. However, nice boots will be fine as well. On the other side, flat shoes or trainers are not accepted. Prepare your outfit pointing towards the elegance. You will never fail wearing a dress, but combining jeans with a nice top or an elegant shirt, is also a good choice.
The dress code for gents is stricter compared to ladies ones. Wearing smart and elegant shoes is mandatory. We suggest to go for Derby, Oxford or city shoes. Do not even try to put on “smart designers” or “smart trainer” as the door-staff will not let you in. To keep your outfit elegant wear trousers, dark if possible. Dark jeans could be accepted but ripped jeans or shorts are totally forbidden. T-shirt as you can image are not allowed so go for shirt, collared if possible.
